Question I have a provider which I use CORS For

Hello All

I have a CORS Proxy going, on a different server which the layout is https://cors.domain.xyz/proxy/streamlink.m3u8

I’m trying to use this as a direct source on XTREAM UI, however I get playback failed on Smarters however it loads on VLC…

My server isn’t SSL’d however I’ll raise a separate thread for that

Any suggestions?

My suggestion is to analyse the traffic request made for those apps and compare to see why is failing, maybe could be a header informations that is missing.

I will look through the traffic, I think it could be that my xtream ui isn't SSL enabled, I think it needs to be for it.

I'll look on how to do that.

You can give a try opening the proxy on a web browser but.. before get into the proxy keep open the developer tools pressing the combined keys Shift + ctrl + i then go to the network tab

Hey @Rossco try to add this header Access-Control-Allow-Origin *

Example for nginx is:

add_header 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' '*';

I don't know the program you are using for proxy.
