XC V1.06 /sbin/iptables function is what??

Hello Guys

Can me someone explain what is the function about the iptables in XC Crack V 1.06 ??

To put these IP and then to run it via Putty..

/sbin/iptables -t nat -I OUTPUT --dest 149.202.206.51/28 -j DNAT --to-destination 127.0.0.1
