Question Plex Sync / VOD problems

Hi,

I am new to this community and also new to IPTV. I need some help if possible.

i got all my libraries from my plex server in xui one but the the streams are just playing for 15-20minutes and it stops the stream. does a plex sync documentation exists or does somebody know what i need to setup in xui one or plex to get the streams working?

To start with, have you tried Plex directly on your device to ensure it doesn't do the same. for example I know if you use the Plex app without a Plex Pass, you are limited to 10 minutes, because they want you to purchase the pass ideally or just the app for that device in question

Yes i did thats not the problem, i have livetime plexpass and i am playing with plex since a lot of years.

Check Plex log i get this issue since the setup of my server and i discovered than Plex is handling connection as paused, so if you have a Terminate Session after X Minutes Pause just remove that number and save,
Take a look at plex logs, from my side issue it was a issue with plex not related with panel it self.

Check plex configs, (Transconding Path = With your Disk like "/opt/appdata/transcode" or make a bind mount to a path with disk with space, remember to chmod and chown it if you use docker ) and (Terminate Session Paused after X minutes = Empty)

Well check logs and console it say probably the error.

This is a docker container. So adapt to your stack.


You can also check throught you PC VLC just get the Movie URL directly from the Movies Management in the panel, and use it on your vlc, if you see the issue occurring, you should have a issue with plex handling connections with token, like i mentioned above check plex logs.
