Question LTQ web player up to 6 dns v1.0.7 is not working

Hello, I have this player
i put all files into the hosting server
then I just go into the login link
after entering the admin panel I add stream server name and DNS: port
but my user can't enter the server

Does anyone have any solution for this player???

which version is it?
if its the ioncube encoded version you need to hav ioncube loaders installed on your hosting or server.
