It's not about which brand is on, Many boxes have the same contents inside. Of course ram memory and rom, 4Gb 64Gb is what most of them have today. Today we use Amlogic S905X4 chip with 4Gb ram and 64Gb rom. Amlogic released a while ago the new Amlogic S928X with 8Gb ram and 64Gb rom, the box is called X96 X10.
