Question Limit VOD download speed on nginx ?

is there any tutorial fo limiting vod speed to beat the downloaders ?
for example, specify limit to 4MB instead of full speed ?

It is not possible, the php script responsible for the vod that manages the VOD buffering through php-fpm, your panel must offer this in the general settings

i did try this but i couldn't do it, maybe i did the wrong setup

If you dont know just hire a freelancer as I note to everyone.

i did but the panel that i have it working only for the first time when reaching the number of % set in the config, then the speed going down until it stays at 200kb/s.
that's why i want to try nginx.

the panel that i use works like this, there's 2 fields, the first one to put the size of the vod in % to be achieved, then the panel will start limiting the download speed, for example, if i put 50, it means 50% of the downloading, then the speed start slowing down until it achieve 200kb/s, but it won't start increasing again due to some problems in the code.
that's why i want to use nginx to fix it myself and determine the best way for my server to send VOD content and beat the downloaders.
