Question Issues with VoD Playback on XUI One Panel

Hello colleagues,

Has anyone experienced issues with the XUIONE 1.5.12 panel regarding VoD? When I start a movie or episode and watch for 15-20 minutes, then try to fast forward, the playback stops and returns me to the beginning of the movie or series. Additionally, sometimes the playback stops on its own while watching a movie or series.

This has been my experience using the STB emu app (I have also tested with Exo Player and IJK, and the same problem occurs).

Users have also reported that various apps perform poorly with VoD, with issues like the picture freezing and requiring a rewind to resume playback.

This usually occurs with poor communication between your servers x client. When there is good communication, this does not happen. From what I analyzed over a few years using and studying the behavior well, it happens that when the network is bad, both between the servers themselves and also the client, some fragments of the videos and packet losses cause the reproduction to be lost, causing the reproduction she has to go back to the beginning.
