yes after i ad the mac address the user get stb is blocked. i am using R22

i don't think so. i am also having a problem with dreamlink boxes. they use mag portal also

delet the MAG user form phpmyadmin and added it again from your panel

the mag is a new mag not an old one

Check in setting on your panel and go into mag and make sure device model is added eg: mag322 is in the Allowed STB Types

go to manage mag devices > find mac address > on action click send mag event > from drop menu choose Reset STB Lock
