Question Which panel should i choose?

I would love to get panel recommendations. I would like to know which panel is the best developed and offers the best features.
Since I would prefer updates, a paid solution is also a possibility. I want to host for thousands of clients, so it must be safe and good to use. Less bugs = better.

Do you know if the paid version is almost bug free?
I know that some panels had issues with people using one line for multiple connections. I'm thinking to use XUI Cracked or 1Stream paid version.
