Hello Everybody,
really nice that, once in a while, you can accidently discover a forum that covers a topic you are unfamiliar with but that immediatly draws your full attention.
So I dived full in it and have been reading all kinds of threats for hours. This really interrest me.
I was trying to find some information about totally something else on Sourceforge when i a download for IPTV. After reading the github it didn't take long before I found this forum.
So yeah I am really new to IPTV but I am also super eager to learn all there is to know about it.
I live on the Netherlands and for the last 25 years I kept myself busy in the IT industry. For the most part I was busy building and maintaning large server farms.
This eventually made me a UNIX (HP,SUN,Tru64) and later linux sysadmin, engineer and consultant. This is why this forum interrests me. so much because although i do not know much about the main topic, IPTV, there is also a part related to it that is lamost my second nature.
Looking forward drawing from this pool of knowledge and information. And at the same time sharing the things I know a little about to whomever needs it.
