Question Import movie

Hello, when i try to import the movies in folder, some loads them while some gives this error.

lack of Turkish characters, no spaces
Be careful not to have characters such as çı, üş and try again.

also make sure there is no vod loaded before

I don’t have characters çı, üş, some folder can loader...

Perhaps this message means that some existing content is being imported again, I'm not sure. :/

I have the same problem.
and I don't find any solution.

Can anyone help?

I copied vods from one server to another via the scp command
and on the new new server, the vod doesn't matter with the same error.
