From #Extinf to clean url

Hello everyone, I found a method that can easily and quickly convert large #Extinf lists into simple urls. and Also in the urls you can put the command wget -O or axel without having to write it one by one in each url. Before posting the method, I wanted to ask if there is a corresponding program that does this job or some other way. you can easily separate and convert Series and download them to your server.
