Hello all, I’m a Crystal reseller and I’m posting this here to see if someone else can help me, please. I contacted the admin and they only give me stupid excuses about undergoing maintenance. I know that’s a lame excuse only.
The issue:
I have a custom android APK for my tv service. It’s built on a SMARTERS foundation. The EPG refresh fails for some unknown reason.
Something I’ve noticed:
When I first add a new user to our app I then go to EPG and I AM able to successfully download the EPG for that user. (Setting it up on the customer’s fire tv stick on my home TV.)
But… After I take the Firestick out of my tv and I take it to my customer’s house and hook it up to their TV…. Then I go back into settings and try to REFRESH EPG…. The refresh always fails.
I’m lost as to why the EPG keeps failing. Does anybody know? Please help. Thank you
