Can someone make a script for Turkcell tv+ or tivibu streams add to iptv panel

Hi,i wanna add 1080p turkish national channels to iptv panel. And these channels are available on Tivibu and Turkcell tv+ platforms. I find the m3u8 links of streams from these platforms by the wireshark, but the links change every day (like youtube streams). I think, I need a php script to add these streams to the iptv panel; like this (https://www.worldofiptv.com/threads/php-youtube-live-stream-m3u-generator.1746/page-1).
Can someone help me with this? Thanks in advance.
