First of all, thank you for posting this.
Secondly, is it just my internet, or is this portable link not there anymore?
EDIT: Think I've got it figured out.. there must have been an update for BluffTitler portable so they disabled the 14.7.0.0 link and enabled a 14.7.0.1 link, this worked:
